Kozlow Launches ANTHR FCKNG PARTY Label with Underground House Anthem "Untitled"

NYC-based artist Kozlow is bridging the gap between classical training and underground house culture with the September 12 launch of his ANTHR FCKNG PARTY (AFP) label and debut single "Untitled." This unique venture stems directly from his celebrated monthly NYC pop-up series of the same name, which has drawn over 10,000 attendees in the past year alone through its distinctive "no line-up" and "no phone" policies. As a classically trained violinist who attended Vanderbilt on a performance scholarship, Kozlow brings an unconventional perspective to house music, having shared stages with electronic luminaries Carl Cox, Cedric Gervais, and Alesso, including notable performances at Carl Cox's Burning Man sets in both 2022 and 2024.

"Untitled" serves as the perfect inaugural release for AFP, embodying the label's commitment to authentic underground house music. The track is a hypnotic tech-house offering that showcases Kozlow's ability to blend classical musicianship with modern electronic production techniques, having crafted the music at legendary NYC studios including Electric Lady Studios (founded by Jimi Hendrix) and Germano Studios/The Hit Factory. His background performing at high-profile events, including Kevin Hart's private parties, demonstrates his versatility in reading crowds and understanding what moves people on the dance floor.

The ANTHR FCKNG PARTY concept represents more than just a label launch—it's Kozlow's vision for revitalizing underground dance music culture in one of the world's most competitive music markets. "Born from parties, ANTHR FCKNG PARTY champions the raw energy and creative freedom that define real music. Our debut release 'Untitled' is a hypnotic tech-house cooler that blends modern sensibility with a driving authenticity. It's a reflection honoring the basics that House music is built on and an ode to an era of more raw, classic sounds in the dance scene," he explains. The success of his events, including selling over 1,000 tickets for the AFP opening week at The Edge venue at Hudson Yards, proves there's a hungry audience for authentic underground experiences.

Kozlow's long-term vision extends beyond individual releases, positioning AFP as a cultural movement within New York's dance music ecosystem. "To that point, the core of dance music is community and authenticity, and our goal is to spotlight impactful artists and experiences. Since starting AFP, the NYC-based monthly pop-up has been held at top venues and DIY locations across NYC, which has hosted over 10,000 attendees in the last year alone," he continues. "The vision is follow in the footsteps of other legendary party series but with a twist - become a stronghold for culture with its experience and create a platform for undeground music to thrive. Ultimately, AFP seeks to bring light to the underground: to prop up the next generation of artists and dance music while going back to the fundamentals of what makes a really good fckng party." With "Untitled" setting the foundation, AFP promises to become a significant force in nurturing the next generation of house music talent.
